Whether you retail products or consume them during services, Nkapio tracks every unit per store.
Step 1 — Open Products
In the sidebar, expand Inventories and open Products. Each product shows its brand, category and variants.
Step 2 — Create a product and its variants
A product (e.g. “Whitening Gel”) can have several variants — sizes, formats — each with its own price, supply price and barcode. Stock is held at variant level, per store.
Step 3 — Watch your variants
Products Variants lists every sellable unit with its live stock level. This is the screen your stock-take starts from.
Tip: products used during services (consumables) can deplete automatically when the service is sold.
