Memberships and subscriptions turn one-time clients into recurring revenue. Sell a plan once and Nkapio handles renewals, usage tracking and lapses.
Step 1 — Open Memberships
In the sidebar, expand Operations and open Memberships. The list shows every plan you offer, its price and billing frequency.
Step 2 — Create a plan
Click New Plan, set its name, price, billing frequency (monthly, quarterly, annual), and what it includes — a number of visits, a discount, or unlimited access to certain services.
Step 3 — Monitor subscriber analytics
Open the memberships analytics view to see active subscribers, upcoming renewals, and churn — clients whose subscription lapsed without renewing.
