Resources are the physical things a booking needs besides a staff member — a treatment room, a piece of equipment, a vehicle. Nkapio checks their availability the same way it checks staff availability.
Step 1 — Open Resources
In the sidebar, expand Operations and open Resources. The list shows every resource with its type and current status.
Step 2 — Add a resource
Click New Resource and fill in its name, type (room, equipment, vehicle), and capacity if it can be shared across bookings.
Step 3 — Attach a resource to a service
Open the resource’s detail page to see its booking history and link it to the services that require it. Once linked, the calendar blocks the resource automatically whenever that service is booked.
