Your Nkapio subscription controls which features are available and how many stores, staff and clients you can manage. This is where you review your plan and keep billing details up to date.
Step 1 — Review your current plan
In the sidebar, open Settings then Plan & Billing. This screen shows your current plan, its limits, and how close you are to reaching them.
Step 2 — Update billing details
Open the Billing tab to update your payment method and billing address. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Step 3 — Download invoices
Every past invoice is listed with its amount and status. Click an invoice to download a PDF copy for your records.
Step 4 — Update company information
Open Company Information to keep your legal name, tax number and address current — these details appear on your invoices and on invoices you send to clients.
