A booking link is a public page where clients pick a service and a time slot themselves — perfect for WhatsApp, Instagram or a QR code at the front desk.
Step 1 — Open Booking Links
In the sidebar, expand Bookings and open Booking Links.
Step 2 — Create the link
Click Create link. Give it an internal Name (e.g. “QR for front desk”), pick the Type — full catalog, a specific service or a category — and the Store(s) it covers.
Step 3 — Copy and share
The new link appears in the list with its URL, view count and booking count. Copy the URL and share it anywhere — or print its QR code.
Step 4 — What your clients see
The public page shows your store, address and bookable services. Clients pick a service, a time and confirm — the booking lands straight on your calendar.
Tip: deactivate a link at any time — the URL stops working immediately, without touching past bookings.
