Plans change. Nkapio keeps the trail: a rescheduled booking stays linked to its original, and cancellations keep their reason.
Step 1 — Open the booking
Click the booking on the Calendar (detail in the left panel) or open it from the Bookings cockpit to get the full drawer.
Step 2 — Use the action bar
The booking drawer offers Check In, Cancel, Invoice and Reschedule.
Step 3 — Reschedule
Click Reschedule, pick the new date, time, store or staff member, and confirm. Both bookings stay linked — the old one shows “rescheduled to”, the new one “rescheduled from”.
Step 4 — Cancel or mark a no-show
Cancel releases the slot and records the cancellation. If the client simply never arrived, mark the booking as a no-show instead — your attendance statistics will thank you.
Tip: invoice a booking directly from the same drawer with Invoice once the service is done.
