Open any client to see their full story — what they booked, what they paid, what you noted last time.
Step 1 — Open the profile
From the Clients list, click a client. The profile shows their contact details, balance and recent activity.
Step 2 — Browse the file
The client File gathers their bookings, invoices, payments, form submissions and uploaded documents in chronological order.
Step 3 — Keep notes that matter
Add notes to the record — allergies, preferences, the conversation you want to remember at the next visit. Notes stay with the client across stores.
Tip: duplicates happen. Use the merge action on the profile to combine two records and keep both histories.
