Create & manage treatment plans

Structure multi-step care with treatment plans, assign tasks to staff, and track outcomes.

A treatment plan outlines the full course of care — interventions, milestones, and expected outcomes. Assign tasks to your team and track progress.

Step 1 — Access treatment plans

Navigate to DiagnosticsPatients. Click a patient and then the Treatment Plans tab.

Step 2 — Create a new plan

Click Add Plan. Enter:

  • Title: Name of the care pathway (e.g., “Hypertension management”).
  • Diagnosis: Link to the underlying condition.
  • Goals: Primary objective (e.g., “Reduce BP to <140/90”).
  • Duration: Expected timeline.

Step 3 — Add treatment steps and milestones

In the plan editor, add each intervention:

  • Step type: Medication, therapy, procedure, follow-up.
  • Scheduled date: When to perform.
  • Assigned to: Which staff member.
  • Success criteria: What marks completion.

Step 4 — Assign to patient and monitor

Click Assign to patient. The plan appears on the patient’s dashboard. Your team sees tasks in their queue. As tasks complete, the plan progresses; the system calculates milestone achievements.
