Manage multiple stores and brands

Run several stores or brands from one account, each with its own catalog and staff.

If you run more than one storefront — separate branches or distinct brands — Nkapio lets you manage them from a single account while keeping each one’s data separate.

Step 1 — Open Stores

In the sidebar, expand Operations and open Stores. The list shows every store you operate, with its address and assigned staff.

Step 2 — Open Brands

Open Brands to see how your storefronts are grouped. A brand can span multiple stores and carries its own logo, colors and public booking page.

Step 3 — Create a new brand

Click New Brand, upload a logo, set the brand colors, and choose which stores belong to it. Clients booking online will see the brand’s identity, not a generic page.
