Create & organize services

Your service menu: durations, prices, categories and staff assignments.

Services are what your clients book and pay for. A clean service catalog makes booking, selling and reporting effortless.

Step 1 — Open Services

In the sidebar, expand Catalog and open Services. The list shows every service with its category, duration and price.

Step 2 — Create a service

Click the new-service action and fill in the essentials: name, category, duration, price, and the staff members who can perform it. Pricing variants (e.g. Standard vs Premium) and add-ons can extend the base service.

Step 3 — Organize with categories

Open Categories (under Catalog) to group services the way clients browse them — categories structure your POS tabs and your public booking pages.

Tip: a service can be bookable online, sellable at the counter, or both — control this per service.
