Collect and manage client feedback

Send feedback forms to clients, collect ratings and reviews, and track client satisfaction over time.

Understanding client satisfaction is key to growing your business. Use Nkapio’s feedback tools to collect ratings, reviews, and testimonials from your clients.

Step 1 — Create a feedback form

From Forms, create a new form or use a pre-built feedback template. Include rating scales (1-5 stars), multiple choice questions, and open-ended text fields.

Step 2 — Send the form to clients

After a service or appointment, send the feedback form to the client via email or SMS link. You can automate this with reminders (see form reminders guide).

Step 3 — Track responses and analytics

View all submitted feedback from the Forms dashboard. See response rates, average ratings, and common comments.

Step 4 — Act on feedback

Use the feedback to improve your services. Export responses for team discussion or create follow-up actions based on ratings.
