Step 1 — Create a feedback form
From Forms, create a new form or use a pre-built feedback template. Include rating scales (1-5 stars), multiple choice questions, and open-ended text fields.
Step 2 — Send the form to clients
After a service or appointment, send the feedback form to the client via email or SMS link. You can automate this with reminders (see form reminders guide).
Step 3 — Track responses and analytics
View all submitted feedback from the Forms dashboard. See response rates, average ratings, and common comments.
Step 4 — Act on feedback
Use the feedback to improve your services. Export responses for team discussion or create follow-up actions based on ratings.
