Track every hour your team works. Employees log their own timesheets, supervisors approve them, and the data flows directly into payroll. No double entry, no spreadsheets.
Step 1 — Navigate to Timesheets
From the HR module, click Timesheets to see all pending, approved, and rejected timesheets.
Step 2 — Employee submits a timesheet
As an employee, click New timesheet and fill in your hours for the week or month (depending on your pay period). Enter hours per day, breaks, and any notes for unusual shifts.
Step 3 — Supervisor reviews and approves
Supervisors see pending timesheets in their queue. Click to review the hours, check for anomalies, and click Approve or Reject with notes. Rejections return to the employee with feedback.
Step 4 — View attendance report and analytics
From Attendance, see a summary of hours logged, absences, and trends per employee. Use this to spot over-time, under-time, or chronic late arrivals.
Tips
- Set pay periods clearly (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) so employees know the submission deadline.
- Allow a short grace period (e.g., 2 days after period end) for late submissions before the payroll freeze.
- Flag overtime automatically so you review it before payroll runs.
- Require a note/reason for absences or unusual hours to maintain transparency.
